How to proceed with postponed Congress for next year
Dear Keynote Address presenters, and Participants of IACCP 2020:
As you already know, the 25th International Congress of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP 2020+) has been postponed to July 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a difficult decision to make, however the health and safety of the participants and everyone else involved is our highest priority and we take it very seriously.
We would like to ask you for your continued cooperation and understanding.
Please find below logistical and technical details that rescheduling of IACCP 2020+ brings.
- PARTICIPANTS ALREADY REGISTERED who paid the registration fee and who intend to take part in the Congress in 2021: YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING AS YOUR REGISTRATION FOR IACCP 2020+ FOR 24-29 JULY 2021 IS GUARANTEED.
- THOSE WHO HAVE AN ACCEPTED ABSTRACT for IACCP 2020, but have not paid the registration fee yet, please do so as soon as possible.
- IF YOUR ABSTRACT HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED, PLEASE MAKE A NEW SUBMISSION following the recommendations of the reviewers to participate in IACCP 2020+ next year. You will be prompted to do so by a new Submission Call and will undergo a standard approval process. Please follow our website and social media.
We understand that postponing of IACCP 2020 might cause you inconvenience, and we are therefore requesting you to advise us by the 15th June 2020 of how we may assist you in respect of your registration in any of these three scenarios above.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions that you may have or request for a registration refund. We will then finalise timelines and processes for IACCP 2020+ so that you may enjoy a conference experience of a lifetime.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and solidarity in this challenging period we face together.
See you in Olomouc 2021 for the cross-cultural experience of a lifetime!
